T&F Maintains No. 3 Ranking

The men’s team ranks in USTFCCCA top-5 for the third-straight week.
LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech men's track & field team is ranked No. 3 in the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) computer rankings.
This past weekend, the Red Raiders stayed in Lubbock to host the one-day Masked Rider Open.
Drew McMichael was the lone contributor in this week's ranking, improving to a lifetime-best clearance of 5.32m/17-5.50 in the men's pole vault.
This height ranks sixth in the Big 12 and 13th on the NCAA Division I West Qualifying list.
This weekend the Texas Tech track & field team will be in Lawrence, Kansas to compete in the Big 12 Outdoor Championship on May 12-14.
