Texas Tech Unveils City of Lubbock Dream Court

Texas Tech athletics partnered with Nancy Lieberman Charities and the Worldventures Foundation in an unveiling ceremony on Monday.
LUBBOCK, Texas – With the help of local partners, Texas Tech athletics participated with Nancy Lieberman Charities and the Worldventures Foundation to unveil the city of Lubbock's new Dream Court on Monday.
The ceremony was held at Mae Simmons Park on Oak Avenue in East Lubbock. Men's basketball head coach Chris Beard emceed the event. Lieberman was joined by Associate Athletics Director and Head Coach Emerita Marsha Sharp was joined by women's basketball head coach Candi Whitaker and women's basketball director of player development Sheryl Swoopes for the ribbon cutting ceremony.
