Chris Beard Radio Show Returns on Monday at Rudy's

LUBBOCK, Texas – The fifth edition of "Red Raider Basketball with Chris Beard" is set for 6:30 p.m. on Monday at Rudy's Country Store & BBQ with host Geoff Haxton. The show will air live on Texas Tech Sports Network's flagship station Double T 97.3 in Lubbock.
Beard and the No. 11-ranked Red Raiders host two games this week, starting with Northwestern State at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the United Supermarkets Arena and then at 6 p.m. on Saturday against Abilene Christian at the Lubbock Municipal Coliseum. Texas Tech is on a 43-game non-conference home winning streak and are 8-0 for the first time since the 2009-10 season.Â
On Monday, Beard and Haxton will look back at last week's win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff and preview the upcoming Red Raider schedule. Those unable to attend the show in person can listen live on a Texas Tech Sports Network affiliate, as well as the TuneIn app or via the internet at TexasTech.TV.
Fans attending Monday's radio show will have a chance to receive complimentary tickets to the Wednesday's game, compliments of Rudy's BBQ. Rudy's, located at 4930 South Loop 289, will be the home to each episode of "Red Raider Basketball with Chris Beard" this season.
