Texas Tech set for a Top 10 Matchup on Sunday
LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 9/6 Women's Tennis team returns to the McLeod Tennis Center this weekend as the Lady Raiders host Cornell and No. 6 Georgia Tech.
Texas Tech (9-2) kicks off the weekend hosting Cornell (6-5) on Friday at 5 p.m. The Lady Raiders return to the courts on Sunday for a noon match against Georgia Tech (9-2).
Cornell and Georgia Tech will play each other on Saturday at noon.

The Lady Raiders traveled to California for Spring Break, earning a 4-0 win over Fresno State on Saturday. Tech's match against Cal was cancelled due to rain in Berkeley.
Cornell comes to Lubbock for the first time in program history. Cornell enters the weekend on a one-match win streak after defeating Binghamton, 7-0, before having the match against Stony Brook cancelled.
Georgia Tech enters the weekend after falling to No. 8 Northwestern on the road. The Ramblin' Wreck is set to host No. 31 Miami on Wednesday before making the trip to Lubbock.
