Red Raiders Continue Play in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas – The Texas Tech men's tennis team picked up another win at the Rice Invite in Houston, Texas on Saturday with a doubles victory by Jackson Cobb and Reed Collier.
Cobb and Collier picked up a win against Ata and Lorieul of Texas A&M Corpus-Christi by a margin of 8-4. The pair will face Alcantara and Sanson of UTSA in the final match of Draw A doubles consolation play on Sunday.
Bloss, Cobb and Collier all fell in singles play on Saturday, and will each play a consolation match in their respective draws on Sunday to close out the tournament.
Reed will face Karol Paluch of Rice on Sunday in the North branch of Draw A consolation on Sunday. Cobb will square off with Oscislawski of Rice in Draw C South action and Bloss will round out singles play with a match against Nishihara of UTSA in Draw E.
