Red Raiders Conclude Fall Season at ITA National Fall Championships

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Texas Tech seniors Bjorn Thomson and Parker Wynn were eliminated from contention at the ITA National Fall Championships with a 6-2, 6-0 defeat at the hands of No. 50 Fenty/Siimar of Michigan on Friday.
Thomson and Wynn, who were ranked as the No. 2 doubles team in the nation prior to the start of the fall season, racked up a win in Thursday's first round of the consolation bracket before Friday's two-set loss.
The Red Raiders will return to play on Jan. 16 as they will open dual match play with a trip to Iowa City, Iowa to face the Iowa Hawkeyes.
