No. 23 Red Raiders Net Four Seed at Big 12 Championship

Men's tennis to play No. 5 Oklahoma on Friday
LUBBOCK, Texas – The No. 23 Texas Tech men's tennis team will participate in the 2019 Big 12 Championship as the No. 4 seed, facing No. 5 seed Oklahoma on Friday at 9 a.m.
The Red Raiders (15-10) will once again face No. 21 Oklahoma, following a 4-3 win over the Sooners at home on Sunday, April 7th. Tech also played Oklahoma in the opening round of last year's Big 12 Championships.
The Red Raiders capped off their regular season campaign with their fifth win over a nationally ranked opponent with a 4-3 senior day victory over No. 6 Baylor at the McLeod Tennis Center, their highest-ranked win of the 2019 season.
Tech will be looking to advance to the semifinal round for the second time in the last three seasons, as they previously made their way to the championship match in 2017. The Red Raiders will also be in search of their third-straight conference win on Friday.
