No. 23 Red Raiders Drop Neutral Site Matchup to LSU

DALLAS, Texas – The No. 23 Texas Tech men's tennis team fell to LSU, 4-0, in Wednesday's match at the Lakewood Country Club in Dallas. The Red Raiders move to 2-1 on the season with Wednesday's loss.
Tech fell behind early in doubles play to give the Tigers a 1-0 match lead heading into singles play.
Sophomore Reed Collier (No.115) paced the Red Raiders in singles play by jumping out to a one set lead over Tom Pisane, who bounced back to force a third set. The Tigers' Ronald Hohmann (6-2, 6-4) and Benjamin Ambrosio (6-4, 6-2) closed out their matches to secure the win for LSU.

The Red Raiders will be back in action on February 6th as they travel to Oklahoma to take on Tulsa. First serve is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. CT.
