
Anderson Tabbed Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week

IRVING, Texas – Junior defender Hannah Anderson was named the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced Tuesday afternoon. The honor is the second of her career since first receiving it in 2019. Â

The TTU defense limited the Eastern Washington offense to just one shot the entire game Sunday afternoon. Anderson played the entire 90 minutes on the back line as she's played the full match duration in all nine contests this season for the Red Raiders.

Anderson has tallied two goals this season with one assist. The Plano native has nine shots with six of them coming on frame.
Texas Tech is back in action Thursday night when it opens up Big 12 play hosting Oklahoma at 7 p.m.
