“Women Behind the Brand” Clinic set for Aug. 2

Clinic will benefit OneVoiceHome, a Lubbock-based non-profit organization
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech head coach Joey McGuire and his wife Debbie will host their second-annual "Women Behind the Brand" football clinic Aug. 2 inside the Sports Performance Center.
The clinic, which drew more than 400 participants in its first year with the McGuires, intents to give female Red Raider fans an inside look into the inner workings of the football program. The night will feature opportunities to meet the 2023 Red Raider football team and coaching staff as well as a silent auction, fashion show and on-field drills on the practice fields located adjacent to the Sports Performance Center.
The cost of the clinic is $80 with proceeds benefiting OneVoiceHome, a Lubbock-based non-profit organization that provides "a safe home for restoration and new beginnings for sexually exploited girls." The event will also host a silent auction that will benefit the football program.
Check-in begins at 5:30 p.m. inside the Sports Performance Center followed by dinner provided by Las Brisas and Table 82. All participants will also receive complimentary drinks, a "Women Behind the Brand" t-shirt and gift bag by attending.
