- For the second straight season, Texas Tech will host the Red Raider Invitational at the Rawls Course.
- The 2024 edition will feature 16 teams in total. Playing two rounds on Tuesday, Sept. 24, and the final round on Wednesday, Sept. 25. It will be a shotgun start both days at 9 a.m.
- The Rawls Course will be one of six NCAA Regional sites, May 5-7, 2025 - it was announced on April 15, 2022.
- This will be the fourth time in history that the Rawls Course will host an NCAA event as Texas Tech was previously the site for an NCAA Men's Regional in 2015 as well as two Women's Regionals in 2005 and 2017.
- Texas Tech won the 2023 Red Raider Invitational.
- Sophomore Maja Ambroziak returns to defend her 2023 Red Raider Invitational individual win ... winning last year's event as a true freshman (71-67-71).
- Texas Tech also returns Lauren Zaretsky to its 2024-25 team; she was selected to compete as an individual at the 2024 NCAA Las Vegas Regional.Â
- The Texas Tech staff in 2024 features Anna Dong, hired on Aug. 27, 2024. Dong was the 2023 Big 12 Scholar-Athlete of the Year who played five seasons for Robertson.
