LUBBOCK – For the first time in program history, Texas Tech has two players on the Preseason All-Big 12 Team.

Toppin, who was a unanimous selection, was also named the Preseason Big 12 Player of the Year after he earned Big 12 Player of the Year last season. Anderson returns for his sophomore season after earning All-Big 12 Freshman Team honors last season while Tech redshirt junior LeJuan Watts was named the Preseason Big 12 Newcomer of the Year.
