2019 SEASON (SENIOR)
Saw action in all 12 games during his final season as a Red Raider โฆ was a reserve on the defensive line and a regular on special teams โฆ ended the year with five tackles, all of one of which came during Big 12 play โฆ two of his tackles came via special teams on punt coverage โฆ best performance came at Texas (11/29) with two tackles, one shy of his career high โฆ also recorded a tackle against Montana State (8/31), at Oklahoma (9/28) and at West Virginia (11/9) โฆ AWARDS AND HONORS: earned first team Academic All-Big 12 honors.
Redshirt season โฆ appeared in four games early in the season on the offensive line โฆ played in only one Big 12 game in order to preserve redshirt possibility โฆ saw action in all three non-conference games versus Ole Miss (9/1), Lamar (9/8) and Houston (9/15) โฆ lone appearance during league play was against West Virginia (9/29) โฆ recorded one tackle on the year, which came against Lamar.
2017 SEASON (JUNIOR)
Appeared in all 13 games during first season as a Red Raider โฆ served as a reserve on the defense line โฆ made one start on the year, which came in the Birmingham Bowl versus USF (12/23) โฆ recorded nine tackles, including two that went for a loss โฆ SEASON HIGHLIGHTS โฆ began the year with one tackle against Eastern Washington (9/2) โฆ tackle went for a two-yard loss behind the line of scrimmage โฆ also recorded single tackle games against Kansas (10/7), Iowa State (10/21) and at Texas (11/24) โฆ tackle against Kansas went for a one-yard loss โฆ posted first-ever two tackle game at West Virginia (10/14) โฆ saved best performance of the year for the Birmingham Bowl โฆ recorded a career-high three tackles in his first career start versus the Bulls.
FULLERTON COLLEGE
Played his first two collegiate seasons at Fullerton College in Fullerton, Calif ... part of a Hornets program that won the California Community College Athletic Association state title for the fourth time in program history and first time in 33 years ... ย was a two-year starter at Fullerton ... garnered second team All-SCFA honors as a sophomore after recording 38 tackles and four sacks during the 2016 campaign ... also had 10.5 tackles for a loss and a fumble recovery ... posted 15 tackles and 2.5 sacks during his freshman season ...
