2019 SEASON (SENIOR)
Put together easily his best season as a Red Raider as a senior … was the starting tight end in all 12 games … totaled 311 yards on 26 receptions in his farewell season … came into the year with only three career receptions but surpassed that total by the second game … recorded three catches that went at least 25 yards … had at least one catch in all but one game with the exception coming against Iowa State (10/19) … hauled in at least two catches in eight different games … over half of his receptions (18-of-26) went for a first down ... SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: began the season with two receptions for 22 yards against Montana State (8/31) … followed with three catches for 20 yards the next week in a win over UTEP (9/7) … increased his multi-receptions streak to three with two catches for 18 yards at Arizona (9/14) … managed one reception for 18 yards at Oklahoma (9/28) … recorded career highs with five receptions for 46 yards in top-25 victory over Oklahoma State (10/5) … followed with two receptions for 24 yards at Baylor (10/12) … snapped his career high for receiving yards against at Kansas after totaling 51 yards through the air on only two catches … set up Texas Tech’s first touchdown of the night versus the Jayhawks, bringing down a 23-yard strike on the first play of the Red Raiders’ second drive … added a 28-yard reception on first play of the second half, eventually setting up another touchdown … marked the longest reception of his career … came close to both career highs a week later at West Virginia (11/9), finishing with four catches for 46 yards in victory over Mountaineers … combined for five catches over final three games, three of which that came versus Kansas State (11/23) … totaled 45 yards through the air versus the Wildcats … brought down a 17-yard catch versus TCU (11/16) and a four-yard reception in regular-season finale at Texas (11/29) … AWARDS AND HONORS: honorable mention All-Big 12 selection by the conference coaches … selected to play in the Hula Bowl following the season alongside teammate Douglas Coleman III.
Appeared in all 12 games as a junior either as a tight end or on special teams … caught two passes for 21 yards on the year and also served as a blocker in various formations… hauled in one reception for 11 yards in a blowout win against Lamar (9/8) … finished the year with a catch for 10 yards against Baylor (11/24) in Arlington.
2017 SEASON (SOPHOMORE)
Saw action in all 13 games as a sophomore in a variety of roles … inserted as a tight end several times as well as on special teams … caught one pass on the year for 20 yards, which came in the season opener against Eastern Washington (9/2) … also had four tackles on special teams, two of which that came in the non-conference finale at Houston (9/23) … also posted tackles in road win at Kansas (10/7) as well as against TCU (11/18).
2016 SEASON (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN)
Appeared in four games as a redshirt freshman, normally in a special teams role … made his collegiate debut in season opener versus Stephen F. Austin (9/3) … also saw action in the final three games of the season against Oklahoma State (11/12), Iowa State (11/19) and Baylor (11/25).
2015 SEASON (FRESHMAN)

Attended Ennis High School in Ennis, Texas ... listed as a three-star prospect by Scout, ESPN and 247Sports ... First Team All-District 16-5A ... Second Team All-Area ... helped guide his team to a Class 5A State Championship in 2014 ... hauled in 77 catches for 1,453 yards and 16 touchdowns to pace the Lions in their championship run ...
