Best Route To Travel To Jones AT&T Stadium
Fans attending football games at Jones AT&T Stadium are advised to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion around the stadium close to kickoff. Fans who have reserved parking passes issued by Texas Tech Athletics should follow the printed directions on the back of each parking pass.

- From Lubbock International Airport - Take I-27 south to downtown, take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head west (right turn). The stadium will be on the left.
- From US Highway 84 - Follow US 84 to I-27 and head north (right turn). Take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head West (left turn) The stadium will be on the left.

Guest Information
Welcome to Jones AT&T Stadium, home of the Texas Tech Red Raiders. The stadium is located on campus at the corner of University Ave. and the Marsha Sharp Freeway. For GPS purposes, please use 2526 Mac Davis Lane.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Guests will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package or container into the venue:- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
ADA Elevator Access (West Side Only): Guests requiring ADA access to the outside seats (west side) may have their tickets torn at Gate 1B (Media/ADA Entrance) and then access elevators to mezzanine level. Patrons using elevators to access their seats will need to plan for additional time to enter the stadium. Due to COVID-19 measures, only 4-6 people are allowed in an elevator at a time.
ADA Seating: ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, are available on a game by game basis. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats (row 34 in sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 18) may contact the ticket office at 806-742-TECH (8324) for possible alternate seating options (if available). Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Beer and wine are available for purchase along the concourse inside the gates.
ATM: ATM machines are located inside the stadium on the west and east concourses.
Bags and Bag Search: Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”), clear bags (12”x6”x12”) are permitted. All other bags are not permitted. All items brought into the stadium are subject to search. Exception: Necessary Medical Bag (will require special inspection). See BAG POLICY FAQs for more details.
- COVID-19 Measures for Bag Search Procedures – Staff will be wearing gloves, masks, and using a wooden stick to properly search bag for prohibited items. Patrons will be asked to set their bag on the table and open zippers as needed.
Beverages/Food: Outside beverages and/or food are not allowed into the stadium. One unopened 20oz (or less) bottle of water (not frozen) may be brought in.
Bus (Shuttle Service): Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning 3 hours prior to kick-off until 1 hour after conclusion of the game. Cost is $5.00 per person (cash only) for roundtrip service.
Pick-up is located north of John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.) and northwest of Health Sciences Center (ADA Only, Texas Tech Parkway & 5th St.). Drop-off is at the north side (Gate 3-4 area) of the stadium. Citibus Map

- A mobile ordering option will also be available via texastech.ordernext.com with eight designated mobile order pickup locations. (four on the west side concourse and four on the east side concourse)
Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. Texas Tech University supports the Big 12 Conference Code of Sportsmanship and encourages our fans to treat visitors, players, coaches and officials with courtesy. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Containers and Coolers: Cans, glass, bottles, coolers (ice chests) and other type beverage containers are prohibited in the stadium. Exception: One unopened 20 ounce (or less) bottle of water (not frozen) may be brought in. Outdoor athletics events only.
Express Lanes are available at all gates for fans without items to be inspected.
Field Access: Field access is limited only to those individuals with a proper credential and wristband.
Firearms: Firearms are not allowed in the stadium (Texas Penal Code Section 30.06).
First Aid: Medical services are available at the First Aid stations located on the west side concourse and on the east side concourse. In case of an emergency, please contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform the attendants of their seating locations.
Gates: Gates 1, 3, 3A, 4, 4A, 5 open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff. Individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket for entry into the stadium. Gates 6 (student gate), gates 2 and 5 Club/Suites, will open 2 hours prior to kick-off.
- Fans are encouraged to enter the gate listed on their ticket and allow extra time due to COVID-19 protocols including social distancing.
Heat Management Stations: For select games, Heat Management stations will be located at gates 3 and 6 providing water refills and cold towels for use in the station. Will have staff handling refills of water and providing the towels. They will be wearing masks and gloves.
Lost Children: In case of a missing child, contact a Police Officer or Event Staff personnel. Lost children will be escorted to either of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses of the stadium.
Lost and Found: Articles found in the Stadium, Club Level, Suite Levels and Press Level are turned over immediately to the TTPD Stadium Security Office. Items unclaimed at TTPD Stadium Security Office – post game - are taken to the TTPD offices (2901 4th Street).
Merchandise: Officially licensed Texas Tech merchandise is available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium. Guests approached by someone selling merchandise are asked to report the person and location to an Event Staff personnel or Police Officer.

Mobile Ticket Assistance: Fans that have game day related issues are encouraged to visit one of the Mobile Ticket locations around Jones AT&T Stadium. Signage will be posted for easy access.
Parking - Reserved Game Day Parking: A map of available lots for this season can be accessed here. Please be aware that due to limited capacity at Jones AT&T Stadium, there will be fewer game day lots available this year. For information contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196.
Paid Parking - General Public: General public parking is available for $55 per car on game day, (credit card only) at Raider Park only this season. Fans are highly encouraged to secure a parking pass before game day online or by calling the Texas Tech Ticket Office. | Parking Map
Paid Parking - RV's, Buses: Game day parking is available in the lots north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). For information contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196. RV's and Buses are prohibited from automobile parking locations.
Paid Parking - Vehicles with trailers: Game day parking is available in the lots north of the John Walker Soccer Complex (Texas Tech Parkway & 10th St.). Passes must be purchased for both the vehicle and trailer, and the trailer must fit in an individual parking space.
Paid Parking in Raider Park: Automobiles/RV's: Located just north of the stadium, access from the Raider Park garage to Jones AT&T Stadium is easy via a pedestrian bridge. Raider Park offers fans area-reserved parking on a per game or season basis. Drive up automobile parking, based on availability, will be $55 per car on game day (credit card only).

- *Please note all residence halls (“Z”) lots are reserved 24/7 for students with valid TTU parking permits. All un-permitted vehicles will be subject to citation and/or towing.
ADA Public Parking: ADA parking is located north of the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in the parking lots located between 4th and 5th streets. Must have a valid ADA placard and/or hangtag. A charge of $5 will apply to all riders. The ADA shuttle (provided by Citibus) will only run from the stadium to the ADA lot located north of the TTUHSC. Photography: Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Cameras with telescopic lenses (4” or longer), 300mm or greater focal length and video cameras are prohibited. Commercial photography is prohibited.
Programs: Souvenir game programs may be purchased inside the stadium.

Public Address Announcements: Individuals will not be paged over the public address system.
Raider Alley: Raider Alley activity on the Engineering Key will be suspended this season. There will be no inflatables, live music or vendors due to COVID-19 Protocols.

Restrooms: Men’s, Women’s and Family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Smoking: Jones AT&T Stadium is a Smoke-Free facility. (Including electronic cigarettes/vaporing). There are no smoking areas within the stadium. Those wishing to smoke outside the stadium will need a new ticket for admission. (See: Re-entry)
Solicitation: Texas Tech University policy prohibits solicitations of any unauthorized item for sale, trade or giveaway on the grounds in or around the stadium. This includes solicitation of charitable donations and game or event tickets. Violators of this policy may be asked to leave the stadium.
Stadium Seats: Stadium seats may be rented on game day at gates 1, 3, and 4.
Stadium Suites and Club Level Seating: West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2. East Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 5. Fans must have a suite or club ticket to be admitted. For more information, contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196. Patrons using elevators to access their seats will need to plan for additional time to enter the stadium. Due to COVID-19 measures, only 4-6 people are allowed in an elevator at a time.

Throwing of Objects: Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium and/or onto the field will be subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest. For individuals ejected from the stadium, a ticket refund is not available.
Tickets:
General Information: The Texas Tech Ticket Office will open three hours to kickoff for every home and close at the start of the third quarter. Tickets may be purchased at ticket windows located at Gate 1, Gate 3 and at the main ticket office, located in the south end of the East Stadium Building. All Season tickets (if applicable) must be picked at the main ticket office. All individuals ages 2 and older must present a ticket to enter the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.
- The main ticket office will be limiting their lobby area to three people at a time. Everyone must be wearing a mask for entry and social distancing will be enforced.
Will Call: Will call for individual game tickets will be available three hours prior to kickoff at Gate 1, Gate 3, and at the main ticket office, located in the south end of the East Stadium Building and close at the start of the third quarter. Season ticket will call will only be available at the main ticket office. Photo ID will be required for all will call tickets. Only the account holder on record will be allowed to pick-up tickets from will call. If other arrangements need to be made, please contact the Ticket Office in advance of game day by calling (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Player-Guests: Will-call location for Texas Tech player-guests is located at Gate 4A on the northeast corner of the stadium. Will-call location for the Visiting team is located at Gate 3A at the northwest corner of the stadium. Will-call locations will open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff and close at half time. A photo ID must be shown at the time of pick-up and tickets will be distributed in accordance with NCAA regulations. Guests entering through the pass list must enter the Stadium as soon as tickets are received.
Umbrellas: For the safety and consideration of all guests, umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium. Guests may consider bringing appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
Security measures will be constantly reviewed and are subject to change as conditions warrant. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Gameday Ticket Information
Tickets are available for this game and can be purchased in advance online. For fans who have requested their tickets be left for pickup at Will Call on Saturday need to be advised that Will Call will open three hours prior to game time and close at halftime. Tickets designated for Will Call can be picked up in the main athletics ticket office on the East Side of Jones AT&T or at the ticket booths located near Gate 1 and Gate 3. The main ticket office will be limiting the number of people in the lobby to three at a time for social distancing and masks must be worn at all times. Fans are advised to pick up Will Call tickets early as lines can get very long close to kickoff. Will Call tickets will be held until halftime. Tickets can be purchased on gameday (unless the game is Sold Out) in person at Gates 1 and 3 as well as the main athletics ticket office on the East Side of Jones AT&T Stadium until half-time.
Club/Suite and student gates will open two hours prior to game time. All other gates at Jones AT&T Stadium will open an hour and a half before game time. Please note: No Re-Entry is allowed at Jones AT&T Stadium.
