Best Route To Travel To Jones AT&T Stadium
Fans attending the concert at Jones AT&T Stadium are advised to arrive early to avoid traffic congestion around the stadium. Fans who have reserved parking passes issued by Texas Tech Athletics should follow the printed directions on the back of each parking pass.
Stadium Location
Jones AT&T Stadium is located on the Texas Tech campus near the intersection of Marsha Sharp Freeway and University Avenue. For GPS purposes, use the address: 2526 Mac Davis Lane, Lubbock, TX 79409.
Directions
- From Lubbock International Airport -Â Take I-27 south to downtown, take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head west (right turn). The stadium will be on the left.
- From US Highway 84 -Â Follow US 84 to I-27 and head north (right turn). Take Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) exit and head West (left turn) The stadium will be on the left.
- From US Highway 82 -Â US Highway 82 turns into the Marsha Sharp Freeway (US 82) at I-27. Continue heading west until you reach the stadium.

Parking Information
- All concert parking is general admission with no assigned spaces.
- A 1:00 p.m. baseball game will take place prior to concert parking operations.
- Concert parking lots will open at 2:30 p.m.
- Tailgating is not permitted in any parking lot.

Rideshare pick-up and drop-off is currently planned for Memorial Circle off Broadway. Guests will be directed from that location to the stadium through the Engineering Key with the help of event signage and staff.

Clear Bag Policy
Guests will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package or container into the venue:- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12."
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

ADA Elevator Access
West Side Seating
Guests requiring ADA access to the outside seats on the west side may show their mobile ticket at Gate 1B and then use the elevators to access the mezzanine level.
Floor Access
Guests requiring ADA access to floor seating may show their mobile ticket at Gate 11 and then proceed through Gate 1 to access the elevators to the floor level from the inner concourse at Gate 9.
ADA Parking
Citibus shuttles are ADA accessible from all pick-up and drop-off locations.
ADA Seating
ADA seating, including wheelchair spaces, is available based on availability. Guests who do not have reserved ADA seats in Row 34 of Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 18 may contact the ticket office at 806-742-TECH (8324) for possible alternate seating options, if available. Standing is not allowed in the ADA seating area.
Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the stadium. Alcohol is available for purchase along the concourse inside the gates and on the floor level.
Bags and Bag Search
Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches and clear bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches are permitted. All other bags are prohibited. All items brought into the stadium are subject to search. Necessary medical bags are permitted but require special inspection.

Beverages and Food
Outside beverages and food are not allowed into the stadium.
Bus (Shuttle Service)
Citibus provides roundtrip shuttle service beginning at 3:00 p.m. and continuing until one hour after the conclusion of the concert. Pick-up stations are located at the parking lots north of the John Walker Soccer Complex at Texas Tech Parkway and 10th Street, West commuter lots off Indiana Ave. and Texas Tech Parkway and northwest of the Health Sciences Center at Texas Tech Parkway and 5th Street on Saturday only. Drop-off is on the north side of the stadium near the Gate 3–4 area.
Cashless Venue
Jones AT&T Stadium is cashless. There will not be operational ATM machines inside the stadium.

Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner at all times. Violators of stadium policies are subject to ejection.
Containers and Coolers
Cans, glass, bottles, coolers or ice chests, and other types of beverage containers are prohibited in the stadium.
First Aid
Medical services are available at the First Aid stations located on the west side concourse and on the east side concourse. In case of an emergency, contact a police officer or event staff member. Guests with pre-existing medical conditions or special needs are encouraged to check in at First Aid and inform attendants of their seating locations.
Floor Access
Floor access is limited to guests with a proper ticket or credential. Patrons may enter through Gate 11 or the northeast tunnel near Gate 4 for field access.
Gates
All gates open at 4:15 p.m. Individuals ages 2 and older must present a valid ticket for entry into the stadium.
Guest Services
Guest service booths are located inside the venue at Gates 3A and 4A on the north side of Jones AT&T Stadium.
Heat Management
Water refill stations are located at Gates 1, 3, 4, and 6.
Lost Children
If a child is missing, contact a police officer or event staff member. Lost children will be escorted to one of the stadium security offices located on the west and east concourses.
Lost and Found
Articles found in the stadium, club level, suite levels, and press level are turned over immediately to the TTPD Stadium Security Office. Items unclaimed after the concert are taken to the TTPD offices at 2901 14th Street.
Merchandise
Officially licensed merchandise is available for purchase at locations throughout the stadium. Unauthorized merchandise may not be sold on the grounds in or around the stadium. Guests approached by someone selling merchandise should report the person and location to event staff or a police officer.
Photography
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use. Cameras with telescopic lenses 4 inches or longer, lenses with a focal length of 300mm or greater, and video cameras are prohibited. Commercial photography is prohibited.

The following items are prohibited at Jones AT&T Stadium:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals, except service animals
- Artificial noise makers
- Bags other than small clutch bags no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches and clear bags no larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches
- Banners or signs larger than 16 inches wide
- Commercial camera or video equipment
- Coolers and containers
- Firearms, weapons, explosives, and fireworks
- Food and beverages
- Poles, including selfie sticks
- Seat backs wider than 16 inches with armrests, pockets, zippers, or covers
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaping
- Throwing of objects
- Umbrellas
- Other items that may be disapproved for entry into the stadium
Additional policies include the following:
- Security screening is required for all patrons entering the stadium.
- Disorderly behavior may result in ejection from the stadium and possible arrest.
- Prohibited items cannot be left at the gate and must be returned to a vehicle or discarded.
- Re-entry is not allowed. Patrons must have a new ticket for admission.
- Floor access requires a proper credential or ticket.

Individuals will not be paged over the public address system.

Restrooms
Men’s, women’s, and family restrooms are located throughout the stadium on the concourse level.
Rideshare

Security Measures
All patrons are subject to screening before entering Jones AT&T Stadium. Walk-through weapons detection systems are the primary means of screening. Any person who does not consent to screening will be denied entry into the stadium. Smoking
Jones AT&T Stadium is a smoke-free facility, including electronic cigarettes and vaping. There are no smoking areas within the stadium. Guests who leave the stadium to smoke will need a new ticket for admission.
Solicitation
Texas Tech University policy prohibits solicitations, advertisements, sales, displays, distributions, or publications on campus, including the grounds in or around the stadium. This includes solicitation of charitable donations and event tickets. Violators may be asked to leave the stadium or campus.
Stadium Suite and Club Seating
West Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 2. North Stadium Club seating is accessible through Gate 3A. East Stadium Suites and Club Level seating are accessible through Gate 5. South Stadium Suites are accessible through Gate 9. Guests must have a suite or club ticket to be admitted.

Throwing of Objects
Anyone caught throwing objects inside the stadium or onto the field is subject to ejection and possible arrest. Refunds are not available for individuals ejected from the stadium.

The Texas Tech Ticket Office opens at 12:00 p.m. for both concerts and closes at 9:00 p.m. Tickets may be purchased at ticket windows located at Gate 1, Gate 3, and at the main ticket office located in the south end of the East Stadium Building, or online. All individuals ages 2 and older must present a ticket to enter the stadium. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office.
Mobile Ticket Scanning

Lost or Misplaced Tickets
All tickets are mobile and can be retrieved by the primary account holder by accessing their online ticketing account (opens in new window) and adding them to their digital wallet on their mobile device. For other issues, visit one of the Texas Tech Ticket Office booths located at Gate 1, Gate 3, or the main ticket office on the south end of the East Stadium Building. These booths open at 12:00 p.m. for both concerts and close at 9:00 p.m.
Fan Assistance
Fan assistance will be available beginning at 12:00 p.m. at Gate 1, Gate 3, and at the main ticket office located in the south end of the East Stadium Building, and will close at 9:00 p.m. In addition, guest service booths will be located inside the venue at Gates 3A and 4A on the north side of Jones AT&T Stadium. Only the account holder on record may manage tickets on the account, and a photo ID is required. If other arrangements are needed, contact the Ticket Office in advance by calling (806) 742-TECH (8324).
Umbrellas
For the safety and consideration of all guests, umbrellas are prohibited in the stadium. Guests may consider bringing appropriate rain gear in case of inclement weather.
