SENIOR SEASON (2019)
Made eight appearances and finished the season with one hit, walk and run before taking a medical redshirt โฆ named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
JUNIOR SEASON (2018)
Made the move to shortstop in 2018 where she started all 59 games โฆ ranked fifth on the team with a .280 batting average, 51 hits and 69 total bases โฆ ranked third on the team with 12 doubles and tied for third on the team with 29 RBI โฆ also tied for third on the team with nine stolen bases in 13 attempts โฆ ranked fourth on the team with 12 walks โฆ upped her slugging percentage from .289 as a sophomore to .379 as a junior โฆ also increased her on base percentage from .246 as a sophomore to .323 as a junior โฆ posted a nine-game hitting streakย (Feb. 23- Mar. 4) โฆ recorded 10 multi-hit games and five games with multiple RBI โฆ connected on a career-high four hits twice, first against Northwestern State (Feb. 24) and again against New Mexico (Mar. 2) โฆ matched her career high with four RBI in both games as well โฆ ย recorded a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth against No. 25 Oklahoma State to give Tech the 4-3 win (Mar. 30) โฆ also hit a two-run blast during the series finale against OSU โฆ hit a walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh against Purdue to give Tech a 4-3 win (Mar. 17) โฆ started the season with hits in six of Tech's first eight games ...ย started off hot in Big 12 play, hit safely in 2-of-3 games at No. 3 Oklahoma, in all three games against No. 25 Oklahoma State and 2-of-3 games against No. 16 Baylor โฆ during that nine-game stretch, drove in six RBI ...ย 2018 Academic All-Big 12 Second Team.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017)
Started 52 games, appearing in 54 of Techโs 55 games โฆ used mostly at second base and as the primary backup catcher โฆ made 128 plate appearances finishing with 23 hits, four home runs and two doubles with 17 RBI and 12 runs scored โฆ showed great versatility going 6-8 on stolen base attempts โฆ third on the team with 125 putouts and second with 98 assists for a fielding percentage of .929 โฆ finished with a slugging percentage of .289 and an on-base percentage of .246 to go along with a .180 batting average โฆ came out of the gates strong going 2-2 with a home run, walk and two RBI in Techโs second game of the year against TAMUCC (Feb. 10) โฆ a day later hit another home run against Abilene Christian (Feb. 11) in a Tech win โฆ hit her first career grand slam to plate a career-high four RBI against Saint Francis (Mar. 16) โฆ went 2-3 with three RBI, a walk and a run scored against Florida Gulf Coast (Feb. 16) in Puerto Vallarta โฆ recorded her first Big 12 hit at Iowa State (Mar. 24) with a double and eventually came around to score โฆ knocked in her first Big 12 RBI at Oklahoma State (Apr. 23) โฆ hit her first home run in Big 12 play at home in Techโs 9-4 win over Kansas (Apr. 9) โฆ named to the 2017 All-Big 12 Academic First Team.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2016)
Played 13 games as a Red Raider in 2016 with two starts โฆ made 14 plate appearances, recording two hits, an RBI and a run โฆ earned her first hit, RBI and run scored against Georgia Southern (Mar. 19) โฆ finished the season with a .071 batting average and .133 on-base percentage.
TOMBALL HIGH SCHOOL
Outstanding catcher out of Tomball, Texas ... Team was ranked as No. 1 player nationally by ESPNHS for two weeks during the 2014 season ... Named 2nd team all-district shortstop her freshman year ... During her junior year, Workman posted a .377 batting average and .958 fielding average ... Named First Team All-District catcher during her senior season.

Daughter of Kyle and Conchita Workman ... Siblings Konae and Kyle ... Kiana is studying Kinesiology at Texas Tech and hopes to one day become a physician's assistant.
