Ran in eight meets … starting the season off great by PR’ing at the UTSA Invitational 800m placing 6th at 2:24.15 … followed by the ACU Wes Kittley Invitational meets of 1500m placing 3rd and the 4x400m relay placing 4th … ran the DMR at the Home Depot Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays with a time of 11:53.10 … placed 1st at the WT Classic & Multi 1500m … PR’d again this season at the Bryan Clay Invitational 1500m with a time of 4:35.37 … ran the Texas Tech Corky/Crofoot Shootout 1500m placing 1st … finished with a time of 4:43.17 at the Texas Tech Masked Rider Invite 1500m … and ended the season at the Big 12 Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships 1500m placing 15th at 4:40.05.
2018 INDOOR
Ran in seven meets this season … Corky Classic 1000m being the first meet with a time of 3:03.89 … then PR’d at the Red Raider Invitational 800m placing 6th at 2:21.91 … ran at the Texas Tech Red & Black Open 4x800 relay placing 1st … finishing the mile run with a time of 5:16.95 at the Texas Tech Classic … ran the DMR at the Texas Tech Open placing 2nd … then finished off the indoor season strong by PR’ing both at the Texas Tech Shootout Mile placing 3rd at 5:12.61 and placing 5th at 2:58.66 at the Texas Tech Matador Qualifier 1000m.
4A 1600 State Champion 2017 … Cross Country Team State Champions in 2014 … 4x800 State Champion … Recipient of the Board of Education Inspiring Students award.
