Ross secured 9.0 points, 2.8 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game making a career-high nine starts over his 27 appearances … The 9.0 points per game were fourth on the team … His 85.5 free throw percentage led the team and would have ranked second on the Big 12 leaderboard if he qualified … Turned in double figures on 13 occasions which was tied for fourth on the team with Justin Gray and Niem Stevenson … Reached 10-plus points in first four games of the season (Nov. 11-22) before he missed a five-game stretch (Nov. 23-Dec. 7) due to a knee injury … Came away with 16 points aided by a 10-for-10 effort at the free throw line against Eastern Kentucky (Nov. 19) … Notched 17 points, five rebounds and two assists versus Auburn (Nov. 22) at the Cancun Challenge … Garnered 13 points and six rebounds at Richmond (Dec. 17) … Pumped in 17 points aided by a trio of three-pointers at No. 3 Kansas (Jan. 7) … Managed 14 points at No. 5 Baylor (Jan. 25) … Secured 15 points on 5-of-11 from the floor against LSU (Jan. 28) in Big 12/SEC Challenge matchup … Collected a season-high 18 points versus Oklahoma (Feb. 4) … Registered 13 points and six rebounds against Texas (March 1) during Senior Night win.

Ross dialed up 10.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game with 32 bench appearances … All 84 of his career appearances have come off the bench over his first three seasons … Secured All-Big 12 Honorable Mention selection with teammates Toddrick Gotcher and Zach Smith … Emerged as one of the Big 12’s top ‘Sixth Men’ with 12 of his team-leading 17 games in double figures coming against conference opponents … Improved his scoring average to 12.5 points per game in Big 12 contests which ranked 13th on the league rankings … Buried 87.4 percent of his free throws (97-of-111), second in the Big 12 only behind Oklahoma All-American Buddy Hield … Drained 27 of his 33 treys versus Big 12 opponents, while his 42.2 three-point percentage in conference games was fourth on the Big 12 leaderboard … Chipped in 10 points versus No. 16 Utah (Nov. 19) and added another 10-point effort along with a career-high nine rebounds against Minnesota (Nov. 21) at Puerto Rico Tipoff … Registered 15 points on 5-of-6 from the floor during the Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Dec. 19) game … Poured in 16 points over 16 minutes at TCU (Jan. 18) and sank the go-ahead three-pointer with 2:47 remaining … Ripped off a career-long eight straight games in double figures (Jan. 30-Feb. 20), the longest streak for a Texas Tech player since Jaye Crockett accomplished the feat during the 2013-14 season … Provided 14 points and matched a career-best nine rebounds at Arkansas (Jan. 30) … Racked up a then career-high 22 points aided by a career-best four treys coupled with seven rebounds and two assists against Oklahoma State (Feb. 3) … Scored 14 of the 22 points during the second half and overtime … Turned in 20 points on 7-of-14 shooting and collected six rebounds in overtime victory versus No. 14 Iowa State (Feb. 10) … Notched 11 of his 17 points in the opening half Tech’s upset win against No. 3 Oklahoma (Feb. 17) … Tallied 12 points and equaled a career-high nine rebounds at Oklahoma State (Feb. 20) … Exploded for a career-best 25 points sparked by a 12-for-12 effort at the foul line and grabbed six rebounds versus TCU (Feb. 23) … Came away with 14 points and five rebounds at No. 10 West Virginia (March 2) … Picked up 10 points and six rebounds against Butler (March 17) in Tech’s first NCAA Tournament game dating back to the 2007 season.
CANADIAN TOUR (AUGUST 2015)
Ross added 3.0 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game off the bench during Tech's four-game Canadian Tour ... Provided four points and a steal against McGill University (Aug. 16) ... Came away with eight points, two rebounds and an assist versus Ottawa University (Aug. 20).
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2014-15)
Ross provided 2.6 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in 23 appearances off the bench ... Missed the team's first seven games (Nov. 14-Dec. 10) due to injury ... Scored three points versus Prairie View A&M (Dec. 14) during his season debut ... Improved his averages to 3.1 points and 2.3 rebounds per game during Big 12 action ... Chipped in six points and three rebounds at Kansas State (Jan. 14) ... Amassed seven points and two rebounds against TCU (Jan. 17) ... Recorded five points and five rebounds during Tech's upset win over No. 9 Iowa State (Jan. 24) ... Pumped in season's bests with 13 points and six rebounds at No. 17 West Virginia (Jan. 31) ... Added two points and three rebounds versus No. 20 Baylor (Feb. 17).
FRESHMAN SEASON (2013-14)
Ross played in 29 of 32 games ... Scored in 20 of 29 games ... Recorded his first career double-digit effort at UTSA with a career-high 13 points ... Finished the season with four double-digit efforts - UTSA (13), at Arizona (10), Mount St. Mary's (10) and at Baylor (10) ... Had a season-high seven rebounds against Mount St. Mary's ... Also had at least five rebounds against Central Arkansas (5) and West Virginia (5) ... Converted 80 percent from the charity stripe going 28-of-35 ... Missed three games due to injury.

Ross redshirted after suffering a season-ending knee injury in August.

Ross spent 2011-12 with St. John's Northwest Military Academy in Minnesota, where he averaged a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds per game ... Prior to St. John's, was a three-time first team Arkansas All-State honoree ... Led Little Rock Parkview High School to the Arkansas Class 6A state title as a senior and earned Class 6A First-Team All-State honors ... Averaged 23.7 points and 11.6 rebounds per games as a senior ... Averaged 28.5 points and 11.1 rebounds for Parkview as a junior and earned Class 6A First-Team All-State honors ... Averaged 17 points and 10 rebounds as a sophomore ... As a freshman, was teammates with Dusty Hannahs at Pulaski Academy ... Led his AAU team Wings Elite to the 2010 AAU U17 National Championship ...
