SOPHOMORE SEASON (2021)
Played in eight matches making one start... logged 189 minutes with a season-high 55 against ACU.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2020)
Played in five games with two starts... Finished the season recording one shot and with 126 minutes played … Recorded a season-high 43 minutes against Baylor (9/18) which ended in a 0-0 tie… Also recorded 30-plus minutes in the final two games of the season against LSU (3/20) and West Texas A&M (3/30).
ABOUT AVERY
Avery Chaney comes to Tech as a two-year letterwinner from Brandeis High in San Antonio, where she was a First Team All-District and All-Region selection. At the club level, she played with Classics Elite under Dennis Chavarria, where she earned a U14 National Team call-up in 2016 and, more recently, led the Elite to a top-eight finish at the national ECNL tournament in San Diego.
