Laura Schnettgoecke joined the Texas Tech Athletic Department in August 2008 as an assistant athletic trainer for the women's soccer program.
Schnettgoecke graduated from Kansas State University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in both Kinesiology and athletic training. While at KSU, Schnettgoecke assisted the women's rowing and football teams as a student trainer.
Following graduation, Schnettgoecke moved to Clemson University, where she served as a graduate assistant to all 21 intercollegiate sports. Schnettgoecke also worked with the women's soccer program during her tenure, which was coached by then Clemson assistant coach and current Tech head coach Tom Stone. She earned her master's degree in Human Resource Development in 2007.
Schnettgoecke is a board certified athletic trainer and is certified in both CPR and First Aid.
