JUNIOR SEASON (2025):
• Another key addition from the transfer portal, McCartney played in all 21 matches making 19 starts
• Tallied over 1800 (1814) minutes of action in her first season donning the Scarlett and Black
• Scored a goal and had two assists for the season
• Did not come off the field for the final 17 matches of the season and went the distance in 18 of the Red Raiders 21 games
• Made her Red Raider debut in the 4-0 win over San Diego State (Aug. 14) and played 81 total minutes
• Recorded the first full-90 of her Red Raider career in the 2-1 win over RV Santa Clara (Aug. 21)
• Scored her first career goal off a header from a corner kick in the Red Raiders 2-0 win over SMU (Aug. 28)
• Helped the Red Raiders shutout Baylor (Sept. 19) to open Big 12 play, marking just the second time and one of four times that BU was shutout on the year
• Tallied an assist in the Red Raiders 2-0 win over No. 21 Kansas
• Recorded an assist in the Red Raiders 2-0 road win at Arizona (Oct. 19)
• Had a shot in the Red Raiders contest at No. 22/7 Colorado (Oct. 23)
• Played all 110 minutes the Red Raiders Big 12 Quarterfinals match against No. 23/18 Baylor (Nov. 3)
• Also went the distance in the Red Raiders NCAA Tournament Opening Round win over UTSA (Nov. 14) and in the Round of 32 against North Carolina (Nov. 21).
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2024):
• Played and started all 17 matches
• Played all 1530 minutes of the 2024 season
• Leader of the backline that allowed one goal or fewer in 11 of 17 matches and five ACC matches
• Tallied her first shot and first shot on goal in the 3-3 draw against SMU (Sept. 19)
• Helped the Hurricanes to a scoreless 0-0 draw over Virginia Tech (Oct. 3)
• Anchored a Miami backline that held Pitt (Oct. 17) without a shot in a 0-0 draw
• Guided the Hurricanes to a 3-1 road win at Syracuse (Oct. 24).
FRESHMAN SEASON (2023):
• Played in 16 matches and made 14 starts as a true freshman
• Had nine full 90+ minute efforts
• Made her collegiate debut in the 3-0 win over Stetson (Aug. 17)
• Went the distance in her first career start against Georgia Southern (Aug. 27)
• Started and tallied 74 minutes in a scoreless draw over Alabama (Aug. 31)
• Played a full 90 helping Miami to a 2-1 win over Syracuse (Sept. 15)
• Played 80 minutes in the tight 1-0 draw to North Carolina (Oct. 5)
• Started a streak of five-straight 90 minute efforts in the Hurricanes loss at Notre Dame (Oct. 8).
Highschool:
Attended Frisco Heritage High School where she was a three-time All-Conference pick … Tabbed the 2022-23 U18/U19 Texas Conference Player of the Year … Led her DKSC ECNL squad to a Texas Conference Title.
