Appeared in 24 matches making three starts in her first collegiate season ... had two matches with double-digit digs including 10 against No. 19 BYU (Oct. 18) and 10 against Houston (Nov. 26) ... had three aces against No. 20 TCU (Nov. 22) ... recorded nine digs against West Virginia (Nov. 12) and seven digs against Cincinnati (Nov. 14).
HIGH SCHOOL
Played at Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas... racked up numerous honors including First Team All-District, Second Team All-District, Second Team All-State, District MVP and Defensive Player of the Year in the four years she lettered... left Bishop Lynch as the all time leader in digs... played club volleyball for Skyline where she was named Defensive Player of the Year and helped her team to a third-place finish at the USAV Nationals... was named to the All-Tournament Team for her performance.

Daughter to Bobby and Rebecca Smotherman... sister to Jake and Max... plans to major in Psychology.
