Grapevine Senior Signs With Tech

Lubbock, Texas - Track and field head coach Wes Kittley announced the signing of Nathan Lowry for the 2005-2006 school year. This is the second addition Kittley has made to his squad during this signing period.

Lowry, a native of Grapevine, Texas, is a standout hurdler at Grapevine high school. Lowry has posted personal-bests of 13.92 in the 110M hurdles and 39.88 in the 300M hurdles. Lowry is currently ranked third in the state of Texas in the 110M hurdles with his time of 13.92.

Lowry is a district champion in the 110M hurdles and the district runner-up in the 300M hurdles.

In addition to his track and field commitment, Lowry is a member of the Spanish National Honor Society and is a National Merit Scholarship semi-finalist.
