Lubbock, Texas - Texas Tech track and field has concluded competition at the 2006 AT&T USA Outdoor Championships, in Indianapolis, Ind. and with that, the 2006 season comes to a close.
Marlon Odom, the 2005-2006 Big 12 and Midwest Regional Champion and All-American, clocked a 13.83 in the prelims of the 110M hurdles and was two places short of advancing to the semifinals. Odom's season best will remain at 13.45w, also the school record.
Tyree Gailes, a former Tech All-American now running for Reebok, ran a 21.53 in the prelims of the 200M and was three places shy of advancing to the next round.
On Friday, former Raider All-American Licretia Sibley clocked a 52.62 in the semifinals of the 400M and did not qualify for the finals of the event.
