
Three Former Red Raiders compete at World Championships

Lubbock, Texas- Three former Texas Tech All-Americans earned silvers in Osaka, Japan, at the World Championships last week. Shereefa Lloyd earned silver for Jamaica, while Mike Mathieu and Andrae Williams earned silver for the Bahamas.
Lloyd, a 2005 Outdoor All-American in the 400M, was a member of the Jamaican 4x400M relay team that earned silver. Their time of 3:19.73 was second only to the United States, who ran a time of 3:18.55. Lloyd is also the school record holder in both the 400M and a member of the 4x100M relay team.
