Tech Wraps Up USA Outdoor Championships

LUBBOCK, Texas - The Texas Tech track program concluded the USA Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore., with two throwers competing on the final day.
Junior Ozie Okolie had a throw of 186'-11" in the women's hammer throw but was unable to advance to finals. The mark placed her 16th overall.
Harrison Benjamin finished in 20th of the men's shot put with a throw of 58'-8.50". The senior failed to advance to finals.
The IAAF World Championships will be held in Berlin, Germany, on August 15-23.
