The Texas Tech track and field team begins their indoor season on Jan. 13 by hosting the Texas Tech Open.

The official 2012 Texas Tech track and field media guide has been published and is available in an online format on the official Texas Tech athletics department website. The guide provides information about both the 2012 Texas Tech track and field team, Texas Tech University, and includes a complete record book.
The track and field team will begin their indoor season on Jan. 13 by hosting the Texas Tech Open. Tech returns five indoor All-Americans for the 2012 season and seven current record holders.
The Texas Tech Open is a two-day meet and begins Friday at 5 p.m.
