No. 29 Lady Raiders To Compete in Alamo Invitational

Lady Raiders will look to claim their fourth top-10 finish of the fall at the Alamo Invitational Oct. 25-27.
Lubbock, Texas -- The Texas Tech Lady Raider golf team concludes their fall 2015 season in San Antonio, TX this weekend, competing in the 2015 Alamo Invitational hosted by UTSA at the Briggs Ranch Golf Club on October 25-27.
Texas Tech will be joined by No. 3 Arkansas, No. 11 Texas A&M, No. 16 Florida, No. 29 Texas Tech, No. 35 LSU, No. 36 Houston, No. 44 SMU as well as three Big 12 teams, Oklahoma, TCU and Baylor on the 6,428 yard par 72 course.
The fall season has already yielded lots of success for the Lady Raiders, as they have placed in the top ten in every outing. They are led by Sophomore Gabby Barker, who has been named No. 1 golfer in the nation by GolfStat, placed first in the Betsy Rawls Invitational last week, and earned the title co-champion in the Jim West Challenge in early October.
The Lady Raiders are set to begin the tournament on Sunday, October 25th followed by second round action on Monday morning. Fans can follow all of the action with live stats provided by GolfStat.
