Texas Tech Wraps Up Big 12 Media Day

Aaron Ross, Zach Smith, Keenan Evans and Anthony Livingston joined head coach Chris Beard in representing the Red Raiders.

The day began with national satellie radio interviews, as well as chatting with ESPN.

From there, Beard took his turn at the podium for a question-and-answer session with the gathered media, which lasted about 10 minutes.

After that, the Red Raiders took part in live radio interviews and took a trip to the Big 12 Social Media Room.

Later in the afternoon, Tech joined up with the Big 12 Digital Network and Campus Insiders before heading to the breakout area for one-on-one interviews.

A short meeting with ESPNU followed, and then the Red Raiders wrapped up their day as Beard took part in the head coaches group photo before heading to the breakout area for his one-on-one interviews, and the student-athletes spent 15 minutes with Big 12 This Week.

More season tickets have already been sold for 2016-17 than all of last season. Fans are encouraged to purchase season tickets now to reserve the best available seats. Season tickets are on-sale and feature affordable payment plans along with a family four-pack of season tickets starting at $199 in designated general admission sections and reserved season tickets for as low as $199.

Information on single-game tickets and mini-plans will be announced by the Texas Tech Athletics Ticket Office at a later date.
