Lady Raiders Face Two Top 25 Opponents This Weekend

Tech travels to Baylor Friday, Hosts Texas Sunday
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech is set for two matches against Top 25 opponents as they travel to Baylor on Friday before returning home on Sunday to host No. 6 Texas.

The Lady Raiders will honor their four seniors this weekend in the regular season home finale against The Longhorns on Sunday.

Texas Tech (13-4) enters the weekend on a three-match win streak after defeating two Top 30 teams in Kansas State and Tulsa. The Lady Raiders improved to 2-1 in conference play with a sweep over TCU on Saturday.

Baylor (11-10) enters the matchup on a two-match win streak. The Lady Bears defeated Oklahoma in Waco, 5-0, for their first Big 12 win of the season.

Texas (14-4) is on a nine-match win streak entering the weekend. The Longhorns will face TCU in Fort Worth before arriving in Lubbock. UT is 4-0 in Big 12 play, sweeping three out of four conference foes. Â
