Lady Raider Tennis to Host TCU on Saturday

Texas Tech welcomes first of four-match homestand
LUBBOCK, Texas – No. 23 Texas Tech Women's Tennis is set to host TCU on Saturday for the first match of a four-match homestand. First serve is set for 1 p.m. on Saturday at the McLeod Tennis Center.
This is the annual non-conference match the two programs schedule each season.
The Lady Raiders (8-4) are 8-27 all-time against the Horned Frogs and have posted a 6-3 record since TCU joined the Big 12 in 2013.
Texas Tech enters the matchup after a 2-1 weekend and a third place finish at the Blue Gray National Tennis Classic. The Lady Raiders swept Fresno State, advancing to the semifinals where they dropped a 4-0 decision to No. 13 Oklahoma State. Tech ended the weekend with a 4-2 victory over No. 22 Illinois.
TCU (6-3) enters the weekend after falling to No. 11 Ohio State, 7-0, in Tempe, Ariz.
