Culver Receives Third Big 12 Player of the Week Honor

LUBBOCK, Texas – A day after earning Big 12 Conference Player of the Year, Texas Tech sophomore Jarrett Culver secured his third Big 12 Player of the Week honor of the season after scoring a career-high in the win over Iowa State last Saturday to help secure the program's first regular-season title.

Culver recorded a career-high 31 points and added three assists to lead the Red Raiders to a win over Iowa State in the regular-season finale after going for 16 points and seven rebounds in a victory over Texas last Monday. He finished the regular season with 18.3 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists.
Yor Anei (Oklahoma State) claimed the final Phillips 66 Big 12 Men's Basketball weekly awards of the season. Anei led the Cowboys to a win at Baylor with a six-block performance and followed it up with eight blocks in the victory over West Virginia. For the week, he averaged 15 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 12-of-18 (66.7%) from the floor.
