
Red Raiders Drop Conference Match to Baylor

WACO, Texas – The No. 19 Texas Tech men's tennis team fell to No. 3 Baylor 6-1 in Saturday's match at the Hurd Tennis Center. The Red Raiders move to 12-4 on the season, and 1-2 in conference play.
Tech fell behind early in the doubles draw, giving the Bears a 1-0 match lead heading into singles play.
Tech refused to give up the fight during singles play as three of the matches went to three sets. Junior Franco Ribero battled back from a first set loss to defeat Sven Lah 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 to secure the Red Raiders lone point.
