The Red Raiders travel to Greeley for a midweek against Northern Colorado Wednesday night
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech travels to Colorado this week for a trio of matches, starting off with a midweek at Northern Colorado on Wednesday night in Greeley.
The Red Raiders take on the Bears Wednesday at 8 p.m. CST before making the trek to Boulder for the Buffs Invitational Friday and Saturday.

RED RAIDER QUICK HITS
- Texas Tech went 2-1 at the Red Raider Classic last weekend in Lubbock. Tech defeated Texas State 3-1 to open the tournament and followed up with a sweep of Rhode Island before falling to No. 6 Ohio State in three sets.
- KJ Adams was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week Sept. 7 after tallying 65 digs over four matches averaging 5.0 digs per set. The transfer tallied a season-high 23 digs against Texas State before matching her season-high against Rhode Island, averaging 7.67 digs per set against the Rams. Adams sits at third in the conference in digs per set with 4.25.
- The Red Raiders start their Colorado road trip in Greeley and then travel an hour west to Boulder for the Buffs Invitational where they will meet Colorado and San Jose State.
- Tech travels to Greeley for the first time in program history for just the fifth meeting with Northern Colorado. The last time the two teams met was in 1981. The Red Raiders faced the Bears three times that season, winning once and losing twice, all at neutral sites.
