Naffziger wraps up day one for Red Raiders

Naffziger has vaulted in each meet this season for the Red Raiders
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Pole vaulter Colton Naffziger represented the Texas Tech track & field program Friday evening to wrap up day one of the New Mexico Collegiate Challenge at the Albuquerque Convention Center.
Naffziger ended the night topping out at 5.06m (16"1-.25") before three unsuccessful attempts at 5.21m (17'1.00"). He finished third out of 10 competitors.
The remainder of the limited travel squad from Tech competes starting tomorrow morning at 11:20 a.m. (MT) starting with the men's 60m hurdles prelims.
