STILLWATER, Okla. – The Red Raiders fell to seventh-ranked Oklahoma State 7-0 on a no-hitter from Kelly Maxwell in game one of the conference opener Friday night at Cowgirl Stadium.

Tech looked to answer in the bottom of the fourth as Carson Armijo drew a leadoff walk and moved to second on a sac bunt from Ellie Bailey but was thrown out trying to take third to end the inning.
The Cowgirls added on to the lead in the bottom half of the inning, plating two runs to make it 3-0. The first run came across after Sydney Pennington doubled with Miranda Elish on first, Elish scored on an errant throw on the play and Pennington moved to third. A ground out to second base brought home Pennington or the three-run advantage.

Naomi roped a two-out double just over the glove of Peyton Blythe in center field and scored on a single from Carwile to make it 7-0 Cowgirls after six.
The Red Raiders got a couple of runners on in the top of the seventh by virtue of a walk and a hit by pitch but could not push any runs across.
