Tech will clash with Oklahoma State at 5:30 PM
KANSAS CITY – The eighth-seeded Texas Tech Lady Raiders open play at the Phillips 66 Women's Big 12 Championship Thursday night when they face ninth-seeded Oklahoma State.
Tip-off from Municipal Auditorium is set for 5:30 p.m.
If victorious, Texas Tech will meet top-seeded Baylor on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m.

The Texas Tech Lady Raiders fell to No. 5 Baylor 82-57, Sunday afternoon at the Ferrell Center. Texas Tech (11-18, 4-14 Big 12) was outscored 41-16 from the 6:49 mark of the first quarter (game was tied 4-4) until the 42 second mark of the second period. On her senior day projected Big 12 Player of the Year and National Player of the Year candidate NyLyssa Smith scored 35 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Smith played all but 3.4 seconds of action until she was subbed out with less than a minute remaining.
SCOUTING THE COWGIRLS:
The OSU Cowgirls enter Thursday's matchup having lost five consecutive contests. The Cowgirls last victory came against Texas Tech back on Feb. 12. In that game the Cowgirls attempted 27 free-throws and made 21. Guard Lauren Fields finished with 20 points while Lexy Keys scored 16 points and had six rebounds. A Second Team All-Big 12 selection, Fields scored 39 points against Tech in the two games while Keys added 33.
