Tech entries for NCAA West Regional declared

The West Regional takes place in Sacramento for the first time since 2019
INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Track and Field Committee has announced the participants for the 2023 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Championships First Round competitions.
The NCAA preliminary meets are Wednesday, May 24 through Saturday, May 27, in Jacksonville, Fla. and Sacramento, Calif. Tech, who is slated in the west region, will be competing in Sacramento.
Combined events (multis) do not attend the first rounds as the top-24 student-athletes based on their position on the national descending-order list will be accepted directly into the championships.
The Tech men boast a total of 31 entries while the women own 24 entries.
