The Red Raiders were ranked inside the top-20 programs in the country for the fourth straight iteration
LUBBOK, Texas – Sporting four Omaha appearances since 2014 and five Super Regional appearances over that span, Texas Tech Baseball checked in at No. 17 in the bi-annual D1Baseball Top-100 programs, the publication announced Thursday.

Sandwiched between Big 12 foes TCU (No. 16) and Oklahoma State (No. 19), the Red Raiders top-20 placing marks the fourth consecutive time that Tech finished inside the top-20 after finishing at No. 38 in the inaugural top-100 list that came out in 2015.

D1Baseball releases its top-100 programs every two years as "an attempt to asses the overall health of each program in the current era."

The publication released its first top-100 list in 2015, followed by updates in 2017, 2019 and 2022.
