The game was pushed up a day to try and avoid Tropical Storm Lulu
HONOLULU – Fresh off a 1-0 season opening win over Hawaii, No. 23/19 Texas Tech Soccer will look to close its stay on the Island of O'hau 2-0, on Saturday night against SeattleU.
Originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon at 6:30 p.m. (CT)/1:30 p.m. (CT), the match has been moved to Saturday (Aug. 15) at 8 p.m. (CT)/3 p.m. (HST) as the teams will look to avoid the brunt of potential storm Lulu.
No stream will be available for the contest, but live stats will be available on TexasTechStats.com.
With a sizable win and/or a loss by Kansas State vs the host Rainbow Wahine, the Red Raiders can win the team title at the Outrigger Soccer Kickoff. Kansas State defeated SeattleU 4-0 back on Thursday afternoon. The Red Raiders if K-State defeats Hawaii would have to score at least four more goals than the Wildcats to win the tiebreaker for team champion.

Senior Storie Sexton slotted home a 43rd-minute goal to propel No. 23/19 Texas Tech to a 1-0 win at Hawaii Thursday afternoon at the Lower Campus Stadium.
After an early surge that nearly saw Texas Tech (1-0) take a 1-0 lead on a Raliegh Greason shot, Sexton struck with just two minutes and 49 seconds before the break to push Tech to victory.
Greason's shot was less than 90 seconds into the game.
In her Red Raider debut, Addie Todd made two saves, none bigger than her 83rd minute stop on Hawaii's (0-1) Tatum Porter to preserve the clean sheet.
Despite being outshot 9-7, Tech did win the shot-on-goal battle, as the Red Raiders placed their first five shots on goal. That total included a 36th minute chance by sixth-year senior Kaitlyn
Giametta who nearly scored in her return to the lineup.

The nationally-ranked Red Raiders return home next weekend for the home opener (Sunday night) against Boise State. First touch from the John Walker Soccer Complex is set for 7 p.m.
