Mangham ran in five meets in 2022… recorded her best 4k time of 15:49.8 at the Big Country XC Festival… recorded her best 5k time of 19:27.3 at the Joe Paine Invitational… recorded her best 6k time of 24:20.5 at the Arturo Barrios Invitational.
