Tony Lopez, who joined the Texas Tech men’s basketball program in October 2023, is in his first season as the Director of Creative Content under head coach Grant McCasland.
An Edmond, Oklahoma native, Lopez attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a bachelor's in journalism and mass communication. After graduating from OU, he worked as the Communications Coordinator for Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School in Oklahoma City overseeing the social media and marketing plans for the school. Most recently, he has worked as a freelance photographer and graphic designer assisting various athletes and teams across all sports with creating content.
