Competed in five meets, primarily in the 400m and 4x400 teams... scored 2nd at the Big 12 Championships in the 400m with a time of 45.25... helped qualify the 4x400 team to nationals where they placed 12th.

Joined Texas Tech in January... competed in four meets, setting an indoor Kenyan national record in the 400m with a time of 45.68, scoring 4th at the Big 12 Championships.
