Former Lady Raider Basketball head student manager Ashlee Villarreal joined the staff as a graduate assistant prior to the 2017-18 season.Â

Villarreal is a 2017 graduate of Texas Tech and received her bachelor’s degree in sport management in May. She has served as the head student manager for the last two seasons after transferring from Western Texas College.

Before arriving at Texas Tech, Villarreal played basketball for one season for the Westerners.

Villarreal is a Lubbock native and attended Coronado High School.
