Meghan Bielich enters her third season as video coordinator for Lady Raider Basketball.
Bielich's responsibilities with the Lady Raiders include oversight of video exchange and the breakdown of opponent and individual video scouting, among other duties.
Bielich comes to Lubbock from Akron, where she was the assistant to the head coach. Her responsibilities with the team included serving as the scheduling coordinator, the assistant director for summer camps and organizing the mentoring program. She also worked closely with Akron women's basketball alumnae and assisted with the team's community outreach efforts.
Prior to Akron, Bielich was the assistant varsity coach and head junior varsity girls' basketball coach at Bethel Park High School in Pennsylvania, her hometown. She was also the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Pittsburgh from 2011-13, and the Video Coordinator for Pitt from 2006-11.
Bielich received a master's degree in sports management from California University of Pennsylvania in 2011, and a bachelor's degree in communications from Clarion University in 2006. During her time as an undergraduate, Bielich served as a manager and student coach for the Golden Eagles women's basketball team.
