Tatum Rohme enters her second season with the Red Raider volleyball team after being promoted from volunteer assistant to assistant coach on June 9, 2023.
An Academic All-Big 12 Second Team selection, Rohme was a setter and outside hitter for Texas Tech from 2019-21. During her time as a Red Raider, Rohme accumulated over 500 career assists, 72 digs and 21 total blocks in 29 matches played.
In the 2019 season, Rohme tallied an impressive 505 assists and a .367 hitting clip after collecting 28 kills on 60 attacks. She also added 15 block assists that year and posted a career-best 59 assists in the Red Raiders’ victory over UNLV. She currently ranks sixth all-time in program history with 9.71 assists per set.
Before coming to Tech, Rohme spent time at Kingdom Preparatory Academy in Lubbock where she coached the middle school volleyball team. In addition, Rohme coached three levels of volleyball teams with Lubbock’s Flatland Volleyball Club.
Hailing from Chandler, Ariz., Rohme graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2022 with a B.S. in University Studies while also minoring in forensic science, human and family development studies and integrative studies.
