Crisp was the first to make his mark, clocking a 1:08.16 run in the 600-yard race, ultimately earning him the rights to make NCAA history as first-ranked time ever. Oduduru impressed with his first-ever indoor 200-meter performance, hitting a 20.49 mark to take first in the meet, nation, world and record book. Kaylor Harris and Kaylee Hinton also had a great meet. Both girls hit personal-best marks in both of their 60-meter hurdle performances ending with times of 8.17 and 8.38 for first and third place. Harris also had an auto-qualifying 60m dash, finishing sixth overall at 7.54. Tiffani Johnson topped Harris in the 60m, finally breaking through to create a new personal record time of 7.43. Cornelius Kiprotich made his Red Raider debut in the mile, pacing a 4:27.83 run to earn first place. Justin Hall stood out in the long jump, notching a new personal-best 7.79m/25-6.25 mark that ranks sixth in the nation.
