Red Raiders take on the Cyclones in Ames at 6:30 p.m. Friday.
LUBBOCK, Texas – Texas Tech volleyball will face a quick turnaround for its final contest of the regular season as it travels to Ames, Iowa, to face Iowa State at 6:30 p.m. on Friday in Hilton Coliseum.

The match will be streamed on Cyclones.TV with live stats provided through Iowa State. For live updates, follow @TexasTechVB on Twitter.
Â
The Red Raiders (17-12, 6-9) battled No. 5 Texas to a 3-0 (25-21, 25-21, 25-18) loss Wednesday on senior night. Junior Emily Hill had 14 kills at a .394 clip, but the Longhorns proved too big and physical in the end as they finished hitting .333 offensively.
Â
Tech will now go shopping for a Black Friday win to spoil Iowa State's senior night, as the Cyclones will honor three seniors following the match. ISU (15-13, 8-7) has it rolling with three straight wins, including a sweep at Oklahoma and a sweep Wednesday of Kansas.
Â
In the matchup earlier this season, the Red Raiders earned a 3-1 victory in front of the largest home crowd of the season to move to 3-0 in Big 12 play and snap a 23-match losing skid against the Cyclones. Hill had 18 kills, Owens spread around 54 assists while surpassing 3,000 dimes for her career and Tech outhit ISU .307 to .193.
Â
With road wins already at Baylor and Kansas State, Tech has already secured more Big 12 road wins this season than in any since 2006. A win on Friday would mark Tech's first season sweep of the Cyclones since 2004.
Â
This will mark the final regular season contest for Texas Tech's four-member senior class of Katy Keenan, Missy Owens, Kyndal Cowan and student assistant Sarah Redding. The 2018 senior class is the winningest senior class at Tech since 2003.
Tech can finish no worse than seventh in the Big 12 standings entering the final weekend of the regular season and can move into a tie for sixth with a victory over ISU.

UP NEXT
Having clinched back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 2000-01, Tech will direct its attention to the NCAA Tournament Selection Show on Sunday, Nov. 25 at 7:30 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
