Nine-of-ten Red Raider newcomers made their debut last weekend. Janss, was joined in the starting lineup of the opener by freshman middle Jessica Langridge and outside/right side Brooke Kanas. Defensive specialist Katy Northcut was also involved heavily in the rotation and tallied a critical ace in the fifth set against Rice.
